Module 1 — Foundations How mobile devices work; main components; safe disassembly/reassembly; professional tools and ESD safety; electronics basics, multimeter use, and an introduction to soldering
Module 2 — Level 1: Essential Hardware & Software Repairs Systematic diagnostics; screen and battery replacement; basic software troubleshooting
Module 3 — Level 2: Advanced Hardware Repairs & Diagnostics Component-level repair; charging ports, cameras, connectors; micro-soldering of small components; water damage repair; audio repair
Module 4 — Level 3: Advanced Software, Data Recovery & Micro-soldering Boot loops and system-level issues; data recovery; authorised unlocking; full micro-soldering and motherboard repair
Module 5 — Business & Customer Management Setting up a repair business; customer service; marketing and pricing for profit; scaling from solo technician to multi-technician operations
